those outer obstacles are rarely the whole story.

Itâs often the inner stories that hold us back the most.
Stories like:
- The Failure Story â âWhat if I try and it all falls apart?â
- The Security Story â âI need everything to be safe and certain before I can start.â
- The Self-Worth Story â âWho am I to think I deserve a different life?â
- The Belonging Story â âWhat will people think if I walk away from the life they expect me to live?â
These arenât just thoughts.
Theyâre deep-rooted narratives shaped by our past, our upbringing, and the culture we live in.
They become the background noise of our livesâuntil we start noticing them.
